The cities of Bar and Ulcinji are located 10km from the villa. We offer extra water activities-jet ski rental and water sports equipment (additional fees). The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
