House, in which the 18-square-meter studio is located, is situated only 15 meters away from the sea, offering free parking space on the street in front of the house. The air-conditioned studio features a flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi, a small equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a separate bathroom with a shower. Additionally, it offers access to a private beach. We also provide a common terrace space that is located only 12 meters from the sea and the beach, which offers a great view.
