The house comprises of a large living room, two double bedrooms (with AC!) , a bedroom with bunk beds (also with AC!), two new bathrooms, a courtyard with outdoor shower,a large garden with BBQ, outdoor shower and private parking . The house has WiFi The closest beach is 20 minutes on foot (5min driving) while the beaches of Su Giudeu and Sa Tuerredda are less than 15 minutes away by car

Immersa in una verde pineta di un residence privato a 100 metri da una splendida spiaggia e a 10 minuti in macchina dalle famose spiagge di Chia. La spiaggia è composta da granelli di sabbia bianca con riflessi rosa, mentre l'acqua ha basse profondità, meta ideale per famiglie con bambini. Parco avventura per grandi e bambini, porticciolo turistico nelle vicinanze. Market, tabacchi, bar e giornali a 50 mt. Interessante anche fuori stagione come punto di partenza per attività sportive.
