Bienvenido a ExoikCity2, apartamento diseñado con una atmósfera acogedora, lujosa y única, donde se ha proyectado cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle y pensando en el descanso, calidez y confort del huésped. El apartamento cuenta con cocina de diseño integrada al salón con lavadora/secadora, microondas, frigorífico, vitro y todo el equipamiento que se pueda precisar para cocinar tus mejores platos. Por otro lado nos encontramos el salón con mobiliario estilo étnico, Smart-TV, sofá cama tipo italiano con colchón viscolastico (140cm ancho), rodeado de espejos y motivos decorativos hechos en fibras naturales haciendo un entorno único para brindar y celebrar momentos únicos en pareja. Contiguo disponemos del dormitorio decorado con un gran cabecero tallado en madera colgando entre dos lámparas hechas en mimbre suspendidas desde el techo y todo ello sobre papel pintado texturizado dando una calidez única a la estancia. A ellos se le suma la cama (150cm) de máximo confort donde se podrá disfrutar de un más que merecido descanso. Sin olvidar por último del baño de diseño que cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para la estancia (secador de pelo, gel, champú, toallas, etc). Aspectos descarados: Disponemos de WI-FI de alta velocidad. Aire acondicionado centralizado frito/calor. Ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Está completamente prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento. Está prohibido la celebración de fiestas y eventos dentro de la vivienda. Para estancias superiores a 7 días, podrá realizarse una limpieza extra bajo petición y coste complementario. No está permitido el alojamiento con animales de compañía.

Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago.
