You can sunbathe on the beautiful terrace and in the evening enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine. The nearest beach is 50 m and restaurant is 30 m away. Cities Split 18 km and Omiš 5 km away.

It's position between the cities of Split and Omiš offers possibility of exploring many tourist attractions in the area or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. This sweet, sunny, comfortable, and very spacious apartment is placed between Split and Omiš. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. It is ideal for families with children or for couples. From the big comfortable terrace, you are looking at the beach. The big pebble beach is next to the apartment, only 50 metres away. You only have to cross the street. Along the entire coast in the direction of Omiš are many beautiful beaches.

Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.
