Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. Nestled in the beautiful Avon Valley a 5 minute walk from the town centre is a lovingly restored 1896 Victorian brick cottage. Step back in time to one of the oldest country cottages in Toodyay. The cottage boasts high ceilings, floorboards, a open fireplace and surrounding verandahs. The property is situated on over 2000 sq metres of land. Sit on the back verandah whilst watching the trains go by.
