Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. Walk/cycle 5-10 mins to the river front cafe where you may view dolphins, pelicans or the kite surfers displays. One min walk to Jay’s beach to surf/ paddle board or walk your dog. Walk/bike the beautiful bush trails nearby. Only a five minute drive to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse’s magnificent views, tours/cafe. Karri forest nearby with Cave tours/cafe. Only a 4 min drive to town.

Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.
