The Summer house is our second home to our Vacation Rentals and is named after our daughter. Our family of 4 loves this home. The inside of the home is cozy but spacious, but it's truly the outside that makes it such an exciting place. The creek is right beside you and the patio gives you an incredible view. You can see wildlife from morning till dusk; geese, ducks, and even bald eagles. Our kids' favorite things to do, are playing in the water during the day, and smores over the fire at night.

Cottage at Lake Tranquility

Located beside 3.5-acre lake (private) with deck overlooking a pasture and swans ... a peaceful getaway. Upstairs is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and A/C make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry room. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement. We have isolated that area from the living spaces, but if you are extremely sensitive to farm odors you might prefer to stay somewhere else.

Cozy Cottage nestled on the Slippery Rock Creek

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. You will find yourself just 15 minutes from Moraine and McConnells Mill State Parks. 15 minutes from Mines and Meadows, 10 minutes from Sunset Ranch.

Rainbow Bend

The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north. The log home is constructed with rough hewn timbers, granite countertop, and hardwood floors throughout. A towering buck stove stone hearth is the centerpiece of the great room.

“The Henry” House with Private Hot Tub

A picturesque countryside getaway with the convenience of shopping and restaurants nearby. If you love breweries, hot tubbing, golfing, cruising the neighborhood in a Model T golf cart, or just relaxing in a really cool house, this place is for you! Antiquing and open summer concerts minutes away. Comfort awaits with beautiful cozy interiors and a vintage vibe. With a touch of history and a lot of charm, your stay at “The Henry” will be a fun and welcome retreat.

Nestled in the scenic back roads of Pennsylvania, this charming two-bedroom bungalow exudes warmth and coziness. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush summer/spring time greenery and beautiful fall colors, the home welcomes you with a sense of tranquility the moment you step through the front door. Some notable features of this home are the large yard, handmade pergola and fire pit, and small lake with Bass and Catfish which provide the perfect setting for outdoor fun.

The Cozy Studio

Cozy, private studio above our garage in Ellwood City's Ewing Park area. Studio is furnished with full size bed, pull out couch, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

This beautifully decorated home will feel like home away from home for you and your family. Located just minutes from downtown Ellwood City. Comfortable beds with crisp white linens are waiting for a peaceful night sleep. The person making the reservation must be actually staying at the property. We always appreciate a picture included with your profile upon booking. There is a keyless code for door lock however we will usually meet you at check-in.

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!
