Διαθέτει κλιματιστικό και ανεμιστήρα οροφής στην κρεβατοκάμαρα, κουζίνα στον ίδιο χώρο με το σαλόνι -τραπεζαρία, διαθέτει ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής. Στο σαλόνι υπάρχει Καναπές που γίνεται δύο μονά κρεββάτια. Υπάρχουν δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια, το ανατολικό βλέπει στον Κήπο , το δυτικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα.
