The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Το σπίτι μας, πρόσφατα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, συνδυάζει την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του Ζαγορίου με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Με θέα τα βουνά και με μια υπέροχη «φωλίτσα»-αυλή, με υπαίθριο τζάκι είναι ο,τι χρειάζεστε για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία !

Όμορφη μονοκατοικία σε κτήμα με μεγάλο κήπο και οποροφόρα δέντρα, δίπλα στο ποτάμι. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, άνετο μπάνιο(και 2ο εξωτερικό) και σαλόνι-κουζίνα. Διαθέτει σύγχρονες οικιακές συσκευές (ψυγείο, κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα). Για το χειμώνα, υπάρχει λειτουργικό τζάκι. Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

Our very private 3 bedroom home (renovated in 2025) is a short walk into Lakka village, Orkos and nearby beaches & swim spots. The locals all agree Vigla has the best views on Paxos. Bei einem Gläschen Rotwein auf der Terasse können Sie mit Blick aufs Meer die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.

It is located at an altitude of 1160m and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: Giftokambos, Iliochori with its waterfalls, the Vikos-canyon or numerous hiking trails are just a few examples of how you can spend an unforgettable time inZagori.

Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, δύο μπάνια και ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας ,τραπεζαρίας και σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι για δύο ακόμα άτομα. Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια που θέλουν εύκολη πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα και στο χόρο της αυτής και της πισίνας αλλά και για οικογένειες τεσσάρων ατόμων.
