Πέτρινη κατοικία μέσα στην φύση με δύο υπνοδωμάτια και σαλονοκουζίνα με φοβερη θέα την οροσειρά της Πίνδου και το όρος Τύμφη. To xωριό μας βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 1000m και απέχει μόλις 20 km από τον κόμβο Ανατολικού Ζαγορίου της Εγνατίας Οδού. 45 λεπτά από το Μέτσοβο και 20 λεπτά από την πανέμορφη λίμνη των πηγών Αώου.

Είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, σε απόσταση μόλις 2χλμ. από τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων, 2 χλμ. από την Καλαμπάκα και 300μ. από την πλατεία του Καστρακίου.

This charming stone house is located in Skamneli in the center of Zagoria, 3km from Tsepelovo and an hour's drive from Ioannina airport. It is located at an altitude of 1160m and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: Giftokambos, Iliochori with its waterfalls, the Vikos-canyon or numerous hiking trails are just a few examples of how you can spend an unforgettable time inZagori.

Το Σπίτι βρίσκεται στο πιο πανοραμικό σημείο του χωριού. Είναι φωτεινό και ευρύχωρο, έχει δύο μπαλκόνια, με εκπληκτική θέα στα Μετέωρα και στη φύση. Πολύ ήσυχο και μόλις ανακαινισμένο. Η μαγευτική θέα θα σας ταξιδέψει! Η πόλη της Καλαμπάκας βρίσκεται μόλις 2χλμ μακρυά, προσβάσιμη είτε με μεταφορικό μέσο είτε με τα πόδια.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
