Friendly guesthouse on a horsefarm

THE PIONEER Guesthouse The Pioneer is suitable for 4 persons. The apartment has downstairs a livingroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. On the split level floor (open vide) you find the bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (all boxspring). There is an extra bed and a baby cot free available. Bedlinen, towels etc. are all included. Lelymare Lodge is situated in the organic agricultural area in Lelystad. In recent years the agricultural activities have made room for a horsefarm. Apart from the young quarterhorses that live in herds at Lelymare, there are our dogs, cats, chickens (free eggs!), geese, guinea-fowls and a peacock walking about. On the footpaths along the meadows you can discover all aspects of Lelymare. The surroundings of Lelymare offer much opportunity for hikers, cyclists, watersports and horse riding. Because of its central position in Holland you can make day-trips from Lelymare to tourist-attractions and historic towns all over the Netherlands. The famous Oostvaardersplassen (The New Wilderness) are nearby. The price of € 90 per night is based on 2 persons. For 3 or 4 persons we charge €25 pp extra. Cottage aan het water met motorbootje

Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Er is alle ruimte om te watersporten, fietsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, vissen, klimmen en shoppen. Ook voor cultuur en architectuur. Binnen het uur van steden als Amsterdam, Utrecht en Zwolle.

We verwelkomen je graag in onze tiny house in de unieke wijk De Realiteit, waar meerdere bijzondere woningen staan als resultaat van een ontwerpwedstrijd. De ruimte is helemaal voor jezelf en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een tweepersoonsbed, badkamer en keukentje (met combi magnetron, inductiekookplaat en een mini koelkast). Ook is er een terras en kun je voor de deur parkeren. De omgeving biedt prachtige natuur, je loopt naar het water en en je reist eenvoudig naar Amsterdam.

Gezellig huisje, dicht bij zandverstuiving

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

Vanaf de vlonders spring je in het water, of vaar je met het supboard of met de roeiboot weg! Vanuit de grote woonkeuken kijk je over het water. Met een trapje naar beneden kom je in de woonkamer waar het heerlijk toeven is en sta je gelijkvloers met het water. Een level lager liggen badkamer en slaapkamers en sta je "oog in oog" met het water.

It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.
