La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, ha un grande soggiorno con camino, sala da pranzo, cucina, ampia camera da letto e bagno con doccia. In prossimità della casa: le terme romane di Santa Venera al pozzo, "Acqua grande" (una caratteristica spiaggia di ciottoli vulcanici), la riserva naturale della Timpa e quella marina dell'isola Lachea.
