Active since May 2022 and now managed directly by the owner, it is located on the third floor without a lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, small terrace and laundry. From the balcony you can admire the beauty of the Etna volcano.

This apartment is located in the very heart of Catania. In less than 3 minute walking you will be able to reach piazza Duomo and via Etnea, the most representative street of our city. It is located aswell beside the bus station, where you may find buses departing daily to the most beautiful destinations in Sicily.
