The cottage is cozy and comfortable. It is 980 square feet manufactured home. It has been renovated, new laminate floors. Common space and kitchen are open and spacious. New 50 inch smart television & smaller bedroom Roku tv. Split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom and bath one end. Smaller bedroom next to hall bath. Shampoo and body wash. The Fern House

Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

You are renting one of the 3 units in the triplex but have the entire unit to yourself. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop, retro fridge, & stove. The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa as well for sleeping additional guests.

We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Pet friendly, (no werewolfs), balcony and front porch, washer and dryer.

About 15 minutes from Fort Smith and close to lots of restaurants and downtown Van Buren.
