The cottage has 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), 1 bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, TV and a small private garden with rear access for muddy dogs, sandy children and bicycles!

John's Barn is an architect designed conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The barn is set in 50 acres of natural woodland and fields with a lake and river. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park with its thousands of acres of national park.

Our coastguard cottage is located in a quiet location in the centre of Yarmouth. It provides accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children. There is a small walled flower garden to the rear with a garage for one car. Two minutes from Yarmouth Square, the harbour, ferry, many shops and restaurants. There are numerous beaches and walks waiting to be discovered.
