Looking for a quiet place near the city? Take a look at our house in Svartskog, just 30 minutes from Oslo. The property includes its own private beach and dock – great for a morning swim or fishing. The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.

I Drøbak sentrum er det mange hyggelige kaféer, gallerier, kino, butikker, restauranter og badeparken. Hytta ligger usjenert til uten innsyn med nærhet til natur og sjø, bare 5 min til badeplass. 4-6 soveplasser fordelt på: 120cm seng i alkove, 140 sovesofa i oppholdsrom og 150 seng i anneks. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til til sentrum og matbutikk

Beautiful holiday home, sea view, 30 min from Oslo

Beautifully renovated vacation home just 30 min from Oslo and 15 min from Drøbak. 5 bedrooms with (at least) 9 beds. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and pizza oven. Jacuzzi, big trampoline, sunbeds, and multiple lounging areas. Great trails for walking or running, 7 min to a sandy beach and 2 min to a summer grocery shop. Sunny all day with lovely views. We love our home—please treat it with respect. No parties.

Small house/cabin with amazing view over lake Årungen. You will have the sun over the garden and cabin the whole day and an amazing sunset in the evening. The cabin is very private and alot of space for outdoor activities. There is a small path down to the lake (50 meter) where you can take a swim or lick the sun. 5 minute drive to McDonalds, grocery store, or even Norways biggest amusement park, TusenFryd.

Welcome to the Bellevue homestead in Svestad, where you get your own apartment in the top floor of a beautiful old villa by the sea! Here it is a tranquil paradise where you can relax and unwind, nestled in nature and with a beautiful view of the sea, while still being close to Oslo city. The garden has access to the beach where you are welcome to Kayak, sunbathe & swim. Ther are also a sauna on the beach.

Hytta ligger nær skogen og innsjø, men har gangavstand til Oslofjorden og strand. 30 minutters gåtur til Drøbak med mange små butikker, gallerier og kafeer . Kort kjøretur eller gåavstand til tennis - og golfbane. Det er muligheter for å følge solen hele døgnet eller trekke seg tilbake i skyggen. Hytta har mange fine sittegrupper.

Bilvei helt frem (ca 100 meter å gå). Egen øy i Ytre Hallangspollen, Drøbak. Det er 4 soverom og 6 sengeplasser totalt. Se bilder. Et av soverommene har kort seng, passer best til barn. Egen strand, flere bademuligheter. Hoppe / stupetårn. Flere brygger. Mulighet for å ha med egen båt. Obs! Bratt gangvei fra p-plass ned til hytte. Liten båt (12 fot med 4hk) føger med.
