This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, a rooster crowing and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

Come stay at our newly fully renovated beach townhouse. Each stay includes 2 guest passes to Monterey Bay Aquarium worth $99 total. The space features comfortable bedrooms downstairs and beautiful open living space upstairs. Our big deck areas will sure be the perfect place for you to have a lively outdoor lunch or share a quiet dinner toast after a long day on the beach. Marina state beach is 5 mins, Downtown Monterey 15 mins and Pebble beach is about 25 mins drive.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.
