With its fully equipped kitchen, furnished patio with river views, and close proximity to local attractions, this home offers something for everyone. Spend your days trying to reel a big one fresh out of the White River or perfecting your swing at Twin Lakes Golf Course. Then, fire up the grill and enjoy a meal on the patio with your loved ones before cozying up with your fur pal and watching movies.

Beach House

Our "Beach House" is a beautiful, new, 720 sq ft, 1 bdrm, 1 full bath cabin. It offers: king bed, large closet, 55" mounted flat screen TV in bdrm, pull-out sofa sleeper (queen), 55" mounted flat screen TV in living room, full kitchen, with pots and pans, utensils, cookware, keurig (BYO pods), linens, towels, and hair dryer. Pool towels are not provided. Bath towels are NOT to be brought to the pool. There is a strict NO PET policy in our cabins. Parking is for one. Max capacity is for 4.

There is a front porch which allows you to relax and listen to the sounds of nature. There is also a covered rear deck which has a Smart TV and BBQ grill, and fire pit in backyard. The living and primary also have Smart TVs. Relax, enjoy and take it easy at this peaceful home. Dog Friendly with $50.00 pet fee per dog. Backyard is fully fenced.

This apartment has a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed that is up in a fun loft for kids, and a third bedroom that has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer and a second bathroom. We also have an outdoor eating area with grill!

The Hibiscus House

The Hibiscus House is a warm inviting place that feels like home. We are located on the edge of Mountain Home and not far from the lakes and rivers for your outdoor enthusiasts. The location is quiet and accommodates a family or three couples with it’s three bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the back deck with a fenced in back yard for a relaxing evening while grilling or playing games with the family. Come visit our newly updated condo and enjoy what the Twin Lakes area has to offer!

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.
