Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza, Sunnycrest Mall, Persephones and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. With its humble size and creative design, the treehouse will transport you into nature and is sure to bring you more relaxation, connection and creativity.

Close to Gibsons (5min), Sechelt (15min) and the quaint Roberts Creek Village, home of the famous Gumboot Cafe. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful.
