Seaspray at Goolwa Beach is a well loved family beach house - 2 storey house with 5 bdr, 3 bth, separate living areas, reverse cycle AC, family room with pool table and is approximately 250m from magnificent Goolwa beach. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided.

Nestled in a quiet one way street in the unique & historic area of Little Scotland. A short walk to the township & wharf and 5 min drive to popular Goolwa Beach. Includes lounges set up for comfort and ease. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Highlands House c1853, is a charming heritage cottage and reportedly the first residential dwelling in Goolwa. The house oozes character but doesn’t compromise on comfort, as it comes with modern amenities. Summer nights offer an amazing space to BBQ , in winter relax around the fire pit or have a cosy night in front of the log burner.
