House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (20.9-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
