Gemütliches Einzimmer Apartment in ruhiger Wohngegend, zentrumsnah, mit Ausblick über Bayreuth und einzigartigen Sonnenuntergängen. In 20 Gehminuten gelangt man in die Innenstadt Bayreuths. Der Bahnhof und ein Aldi sind in ca 8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Festspielhaus ist in etwa 15 min zu erreichen. Ein großer Naturpark, das ehemalige Gelände der Landesgartenschau, ist in 10 min zu erreichen. Parken kann man direkt vor der Wohnanlage, entlang der Straße.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Our AWP apartment boasts a beautiful, bright, and open 120 square meter living space. It features a stunning, luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and an extra-large ceramic bathtub. You can comfortably relax in the tub and enjoy the 55-inch TV. The loft also has two additional TVs. The open-plan living and sleeping area is fully furnished (65-inch and 43-inch TVs). A superbly equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals.

Fully equipped with everything you need, it ensures a relaxing and hassle-free stay from start to finish.

Also welcome for tradesmen or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included per guest. For groups of 5 or more, 2 must sleep on the sofa bed.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

Dieses zauberhafte Häuschen liegt im wohl schönsten Ort der Fränkischen Schweiz, dem malerischen Egloffstein. Es ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde mit viel Liebe bis ins kleinste Detail nach historischem Vorbild restauriert. Ein romantischer Ort um Ruhe, Geborgenheit und Entspannung zu finden. Es liegt inmitten eines großen, märchenhaften Gartens der zum Verweilen einlädt.
