L.66 is a 600 sqm plot, part of Herdade da Comporta, with a three bedroom house divided in two volumes, a main cement house and a wooden detached cabin and a small pool. This small house is an exercise on simplicity and reworking of traditional architectural elements.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

The space offers hot water and fresh towels for guests’ comfort. Ideally located in the village, just 700 meters from the beach, it provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is set in a charming attic, accessed via a staircase, offering privacy and cozy feel.
