Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

Welcome to "Dera", a pull behind camper located in Greenwood, Arkansas which parks in front of our house. She is a 32 foot two bedrooms camper that contains all the comforts one family would expect for a great night of camping experience. The camper comes with outdoor kitchen and a fire ring for guest to enjoy with notice in advance.

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated whit all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm.
