La cueva es una casa natural bajo tierra, sostenible y bioclimática con una temperatura agradable durante todo el año. Renovado con mucho amor mezclando lo antiguo con lo moderno, he creado un ambiente acogedor y zen. Es muy acogedor igual en verano como en invierno. Es un lugar de montaña y con su 1200 m s.n.m. Es una zona menos calorosa en verano que muchas otros sitios debido a su geografía y por las noches refresca bien. Está a 1 km del pueblo. Piscina municipal es gratis julio y agosto .

Es una casa tradicional situada en el borde del pueblo con vistas a los picos más altos de la península, el Mulhacén 3482 y el Veleta. Ojo con su capacidad de movilidad pues hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo y escaleras en la casa .Durante verano en la ¨terraza¨ puede haber moscas y olores a ganado pues hay una cabreriza cerca. Puede aparcar o usar para carga y descarga el pequeño parking de las Espeñuelas que se queda a 15 mts de la casa pero primero asegurarse que pueden conducir .
