It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.
