On the second floor you have astonishing view of the sea and the mountain Sithonia as well as wonderful nature with olive trees. The village Chanioti (Hanioti) and the wonderful sea and beaches is a 10 minutes walk away or about 900 meters within beatiful nature. Another 400 meters to the beach. Also possible to walk/cycle in the mountains and by the sea.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Cozy apartment in Pefkochori center, 300m from the beach. Walking distance from anything you might need (Bus stop, super market, coffee, restaurant, car/bike rental, bar etc) In the apartment you will find a coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, blow dryer and wi-fi Sheets, towels and all other utensils, are sterilized and cleaned as per the ministry of health instructions, to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.

Supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bakery within walking distance. You can park your car on the public road right in front of the maisonette.

It has a ground floor with 4 single beds and a bathroom , a first floor with a sitting room and a kitchen and a second floor with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. There are balconies in the second and the first floor.
