Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Small patio, gas BBQ and garden Situated on a walking path/bridle way giving immediate access to walking/hiking/cycling routes within the High Peak. Valley views toward Chrome Hill. Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

There's a a lovely bookstore café at the end of the road & the local pub The Parks Inn is a mile walk away. The house is a short drive into Buxton town centre for shops, bars, theatre & cinema or a little further to Bakewell. our pet friendly house has an enclosed garden & lockable bike shed with bike / dog washing facilities.

“The Goods Van” at Stoop Farm

Relax in total comfort, in our converted 1950s railway goods van. Once common place on farms around the Peak District this little gem is far removed from the animal shelter it once was!
