You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. To access the property you drive onto a bridge with its own stream running below. This cute cottage has been completely renovated, and is the perfect peaceful retreat for a couple or a young family to enjoy a cosy break. There are two cosy bedrooms and french doors which lead out onto a south facing sun terrace.

In the heart of Cornwall, we are a step away from the famous '3 miles of golden sands' boasting sea views from the garden. The beach stretches from Hayle to Godrevy and is very popular to surfers, especially windsurfers. You can watch from the chalet whilst sipping away on your morning coffee. All amenities are at your fingertips; Hayle is just a short walk away, where you will find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and public transport.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
