Apartment in the green hills of Vienna

The apartment is on the outskirts of Vienna in the old village of Ober. St. Veit. You can go for a walk or run in the Lainzer Tiergarten, go mountain biking in the Wienerwald or eat ice cream in front of the church in Ober St. Veit. Still, you can quickly get to the center, the next subway and S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. To Schönbrunn it takes 15 minutes - on foot it's a wonderful walk through the Hietzinger villa district, although it takes a little longer.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser gemütlichen, 60 m² großen Unterkunft mit eigener 20 m² Terrasse und Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse unmittelbar beim Roten Berg. Im Sommer bleibt es hier angenehm kühl! Da sich noch weitere Bewohner im Haus befinden, bist du nicht völlig isoliert, genießt aber auf deiner privaten Terrasse deine Ruhe. Perfekt für alle, die eine private Rückzugsoase in einem lebendigen, aber friedlichen Haus suchen.

Nach Verfügbarkeit (!) gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz (keine Garantie). Eine Anreise mit dem Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut möglich .

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.
