Experience the joy of staying in an off grid solar powered house. This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. Telstra & Optus get good reception but may depend on your phone's antenna quality. 90 mins south of Adelaide GPO 5 mins to Deep Creek Conservation Park + 10 mins 4WD drive to Blowhole Beach Experience the scenic walk (or the 4wd drive) to the surf and popular fishing spot at Blowhole Beach. 10 mins from Cape Jervis and Sealink ferry to Kangaroo Island. A short 10min drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga or Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor (45min). Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby. The house is all yours but I am generally around if you have any queries. Walk, ride, read or just kick back.

We believe that Bob's Place is the best situated house on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula! Located right on Middleton Point with 180 degree views, this is the perfect location for surfing, whale watching and exploring the fabulous surrounding area on the South Coast. Recently and lovingly brought back to life, this cozy and comfy beachhouse has been in our family for over 30 years and we are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. Lots of native wildlife including pelicans inhabit the area. Moor your boat or bring a rod and fish from your own private jetty! Sip your wine from the area's nearby vineyards while watching the stunning sunsets over the sand dunes and water.

A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
