The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. The Old Workshop @ Swallows is an extended single storey barn dating back to the 1880’s. It has been sympathetically renovated to bring it up to 21st century standards with electricity generated using our solar panels. Superfast fibre broadband 500mgb It is surrounded by stunning rural views and is very quiet. Sumptuous, cosy and welcoming are just a few of the words that describe this charming escape. The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

The Coach House Annex

Welcome to our lovely one-bedroom annexe in Honiton. You’ll find a bright and comfortable kitchen-living area, a king-size bedroom with ensuite shower room, and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the space to sleep up to four guests. With its private entrance and small outdoor patio, it’s the perfect retreat for couples. A 10-minute walk from the London Waterloo–Exeter train line and close to the A30, it offers access to Exeter, Sidmouth, the Jurassic Coast, and nearby countryside walks.

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Tucked away at the foot of the Blackdown Hills AONB, but with great access to the M5/A373/A30 the cottage is a perfect base for exploring the best of the West Country. So, whether you want countryside walks to picturesque villages and ancient woods or a short drive to the beaches of the Jurassic coast, Exeter, Dartmoor or Exmoor, our cottage is the place to head out from – and the cosy home to return to!

Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster & Honiton and 15/20 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth & Seaton beaches. You are welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden with views across the valley. The White Hart pub/Indian restaurant is a few minutes walk away and also delivers.

It has a fabulous enclosed garden where you can enjoy the firepit or BBQ or a huge open plan living area to cook up the mackerel you caught on the coast 20 minutes away. Surrounded by fields and orchards, close to the coast and Exeter there's plenty to keep you amused. Great transport links to the A30 and the London Waterloo train line in the village, it is a convenient rural idyll. Pets welcome. Remember, cream first!

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
