Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Peaceful rural retreat

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. The stable is incredibly light and airy with beautiful views throughout that make you feel as though you are among the trees. It truly is the perfect country escape. 6 km from Chard Equestrian

Enjoy a stylish and homely experience at this completely newly renovated flat located in the centre of Ilminster in Somerset within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideally located to explore the beautiful town of Ilminster and Alice Temperley's Phoenix Studios shops as well as the surrounding towns and villages like Bruton, Frome and Castle Cary. The flat is also only half an hour from Lyme Regis on the south coast. Owner on site as we run the interiors and fashion shop below.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

Two Oaks Shepherds Hut

Two Oaks Shepherds Hut is a beautiful, self catering hut on a working farm. The hut is a relaxing comfortable retreat with your own log fired hot tub!. Set in beautiful back drop of the Blackdown hills. Beauty spots such as Quantock hills, Jurassic coast, beaches Lyme Regis, West Bay, Sidmouth. Newly refurbished pub (The Bell) has outstanding reviews with pizza oven 5 mins walk and village shop / post office nearby. Airfryer has been added for the 2024 season.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Located off the beaten track and down a quiet country lane, Hillview is a comfortable and well-appointed bungalow, perfectly situated for exploring the Somerset Levels and Moors and the delights of this magical county. Hillview is situated in Martock and offers a garden/barbecue facilities. Guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Electric vehicle charging NOT available.

The Old Barn has been completely renovated with relaxation in mind. Furnished with a mix of genuine mid-century furniture and other vintage finds, this memorable bolt hole stands in a private courtyard with independent access. We allow well-behaved dogs.

Private Guest House suite in a beautiful Victorian Villa, with pretty garden and private use of patio and outdoor dining area with fire pit. It’s like a beautiful hotel room, decorated luxuriously with Divine Savages fabrics, Pendelton towels, a comfy bed with The White Company pillows and the softest Piglet in Bed bedlinen. Room service and breakfast will usually be available if I am on site.
