The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe (u jednoj je smješten bračni krevet, a u drugoj dva odvojena kreveta i dodatni pomoćni ležaj), kuhinje sa trpezarijom i dnevnim boravkom i kupatilom. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli stan i jedno parking mjesto. U apartmanu nisu dozvoljene zurke i okupljanja. Kucni red vidno istaknut mora da se postuje.
