Ubicación ideal para ciclistas La casa consta de dos plantas: en la inferior tenemos el recibidor, salón, baño completo y cocina. Tiene salida a un patio trasero con zona ajardinada, y al fondo un porche acristalado. We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones).
