Surrounded by the Dales and close to Ingleton there are plenty of scenic walks, eateries and days out to be had. Located on the village square Bear Cottage is in the heart of Ingleton, with cosy open plan living downstairs, 1 double bedroom, tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc, the lounge area has a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, fast wifi, smart speaker. There are smart low energy electric radiators throughout, a small well behaved dog is also welcome downstairs.

Ingleside - Yorkshire Dales Stone Cottage

Ingleside Cottage is a 200 year old stone cottage, boasting a quirky layout and impressive split level garden area.  It is ideally situated to explore the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, including the famous Ingleton Waterfall Trail and Ingleton Cave. Burton-in-Lonsdale is a compact village of 600 residents within a short walking distance from the community shop. Unfortunately the village pub is temporarily closed (01/03/24) as it is for sale.

The Snug, Kirkby Lonsdale

This is a well appointed cosy one bedroom annex, with ensuite shower and bathroom, situated off the main square of the beautiful town of Kirkby Lonsdale. Includes free broadband WiFi, SmartTv with Netflix, fridge, microwave, tea / coffee facilities, shower condiments, towels, hair dryer, mugs, wine glasses, plates, cutlery. Convenient 1pm check in for lunch. The room has an airy, calm appeal which offers a tranquil retreat after the day.
