Barbati Beach Art House, Corfu

Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη γειτονιά στο χωριό των Ταξιαρχών, σε απόσταση 10km ανατολικά της πόλης των Τρικαλων,με όλους τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του θεσσαλικού καμπου εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβασιμους.
