The living area includes a low table and 2 sofas, and a smart TV is available for movies and online content. ◆ Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen includes an IH stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, cutting board, knife, chopsticks, forks, spoons, glasses, mugs, and dishes, including children's dishes. Salt and pepper are not provided. ◆ Bathroom & Laundry The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, sink, bidet toilet , shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, face towels, and bath towels. A front-loading washer/dryer, detergent, and drying hangers are provided for free. Iron and vacuum cleaner are also available. ◆ Wi-Fi & Cleaning Free Wi-Fi is available for remote work and streaming. Additional cleaning is available for a fee. Linen replacement is ¥3,000 per service and requires a request at least one day in advance. Bath towels and hand towels are provided. ◆ Items Available for Rent Baby chair, baby bath, stroller, extra blankets, and rice cooker are available with advance reservation. Quantities are limited and provided first-come, first-served. ◆ Important Notes Please keep the room clean. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee, including replacement costs for linens soiled by vomit or other bodily fluids. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please use the designated smoking area outside. A ¥30,000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Parties and noisy activities are not permitted, and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM. Please remove your shoes when entering. Only registered guests may stay; visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted. Please treat furniture and equipment with care and report any damage immediately. Children must not be left unattended. Guests under 20 may not stay alone; at least one guest must be 20 or older. Cancellations follow Airbnb's cancellation policy.
