Composta da cucina e soggiorno con balcone, un bagno con doccia in cui è presente anche la lavatrice, una camera matrimoniale con balcone e un'ampia cameretta con tre posti letto dotata di aria condizinata (il cui costo è a parte in base al consumo). Sono presenti le zanzariere.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
