A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. A classic seaside town house, on a lovely quiet street. Light open living space downstairs, with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The little courtyard at the back is a lovely spot to have breakfast in the morning sunshine or retreat back to after a day on the beach. The house is a 4 minute walk from Weymouth's main sandy beach, a fantastic place to spend sunny days with so much going on. People from all backgrounds are welcome as well as any well behaved pets.
