This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.
