This duplex villa with Infinity pool (running edge) with heating is inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. Fully air-conditioned property with video surveillance. Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms. All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and islands.

Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

The ground floor, with a summer kitchen, two tables for + 10 people, a billiard room and a sauna, is absolutely connected to the outside area where there is a swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball court, trampoline, swing, deckchairs and lots of trees and plants. Accommodation Sweet dream is located 150 m from the pebble beach, supermarket and restaurant in center of the town Sumpetar (Omiš). It offers sea, garden and pool view. We are located 4km away from Omiš town and 14 from Split. Accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay and it has free wifi, barbecue and parking. To make the hot summer days more bearable there is an Air condition. Pool seasson 1.5. - 1.10. / closed from 1.10. - 1.5.
