Maddie's homestay is a private and spacious character house, based in Khandallah just 10 minutes to the CBD. It gives you great access to Wellington city, with suburban peace and quiet. Includes 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite), one small single bedroom, a separate main bathroom with a luxurious claw foot bath, open plan lounge & dining and well-equipped kitchen. There are two off-road parking spots and it is located within easy walking distance to the train and bus stops.

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.

The bedroom are on two separate floors adjoined by a set of stairs, one upstairs (3rd floor) and one downstairs (2nd floor), each have views of the beach, and double beds. Each floor has its' own bathroom, upstairs with a bath. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, free undercover parking and fast Wifi internet.

Welcome to "the Burrow", a super warm, cosy, family home. I will be away, so the whole house will be available. Phoebe, the ragdoll cat may be at home. If she is, someone will be in the house once a day to feed her. You'll need to be resourceful; chop firewood, light a fire and carefully look after a beloved family home. In return, you'll get a wonderful, warm, dry home from which to en joy this fine city... Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement only.

Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
