You can reach the beach either by walking along a lovely 200 meter forest path right in front of the house or by taking the paved road, about 450 meters away. The house offers stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to relax in a peaceful setting.

Fully equipped kitchen,1 bathroom,2 bedrooms in a different level(2 steps) connected through a door with one entrance and a living room. All furniture are brand new. There is a beautiful terrace yard perfect for relaxing and amazing view. Combined perfectly with the "White House" or "Guest House" for 2 or 3 families.

The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.
