This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. The Secret Orchard is a self-contained apartment. Matt (your host) lives above. Built around 1685 it has many historic features. It has been home to three famous artists from 1848 to 1920. It sits within a large walled garden which has an orchard, cute hens, two ponds, a large trampoline and a sun-trap patio. Two minutes from the Fife Coastal Path and beach and a large park to cycle around. Dysart Harbour featured on Outlander and is very historic.

An entire private place (attached to our house) approx 25sqmtrs with your own entrance to a clean, tidy, well lit, self contained personal living space with comfortable sofa, mini kitchen/dining, through to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, in addition the sunroom offers stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh and the river Forth. Bread, milk, cereal, butter, jam, coffee and tea are all provided along with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge.
