This room is located on the second floor of a two-story wooden apartment building. The layout is a compact 1-room studio with a loft, totaling approximately 20㎡. It can accommodate up to 3 guests, but the room is designed and most comfortable for 2 guests. Important: Please carefully consider the room size before booking. Although up to 3 guests can stay in the room, we recommend it primarily for 2 guests. With 3 guests, the same room and facilities are shared by everyone, and the space can feel quite compact, especially when luggage and personal belongings are in the room. If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable stay for 3 adults, we recommend choosing a larger accommodation. ・Sleeping arrangements 1 double bed 1 single mattress (loft; accessible by ladder) The double bed and the single mattress are the only sleeping arrangements provided. There is no additional bed or bedding available for a third guest. For stays with 3 guests, the third guest will sleep on the single mattress in the loft. Please note that booking for 3 guests does not provide any additional space or an extra bed. 1. Kitchen Basic cooking utensils and seasonings are provided. Feel free to bring your own ingredients and enjoy cooking during your stay. Please note that tableware is provided for two people. If your group has three guests, kindly share or arrange as needed. Details can be found in the listing photos. 2. Living Area A projector is available for watching YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. (Please log in with your own account.) A compact dining table with two chairs is provided. There are no additional dining chairs. 3. Bedding A double bed is provided in the main room, and a single mattress set is provided in the loft area. The double bed comes with one light all-season comforter, suitable for two guests. The single mattress in the loft is intended for the third guest. There is no extra bed or additional bedding available. 4. Loft and Summer Temperature Due to the structure of the room, the loft will be hotter than the main room during the summer. To help guests stay as comfortable as possible, we provide instructions through Airbnb messages and in the house manual on how to use the air conditioner and circulator effectively, as well as tips for keeping the loft comfortable. Please take this into consideration when booking, especially during hot weather.
