Det gjør at det er mulig å bo 4 stk. i leiligheten. Bostedet har meget sentral beliggenhet med kort vei til alle fasiliteter/ servicetilbud i Lillestrøm og man har enkel tilgang til alt. Det er fri tilgang tilgang til internett på bostedet. Egen parkeringsplass utenfor bygget er tilgjengelig
