The Raven’s Roost: A Cozy Space for 1-8 Guests

The Raven’s Roost will be your command center in Kodiak. This downstairs unit of a duplex is located in the center of town, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The open concept living area has a large smart TV, a fireplace, and a pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with one queen size bed and a larger bedroom with two queens, and a full bathroom has a bathtub, washer, and dryer. And the kids will love the buoy swing and treefort in the backyard!

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!
