Tucked just a few kilometres inland from Galle, Ivory House is a beautifully elevated villa with sweeping views over working rice fields. A thoughtful blend of Dutch colonial charm & contemporary comforts, the home features four serene double suites & offers a peaceful escape from the coastal bustle. The master suite enjoys panoramic garden & paddy views, and includes both a bathtub & shower. The remaining ensuite bedrooms offer elegant indoor–outdoor bathrooms, designed for tropical living.

Cococabana Beach House. Sole use with pool.

A European owned, self catering beach house in a secluded bay in Thalaramba, just minutes from lively Mirissa and offering stylish accommodation. Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Tastefully decorated in Sri Lankan colonial style with separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Fibre wifi connection with 100 mbps for those working as digital nomads. There is NO AC but with fans.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

The Gatehouse Galle

The Gatehouse is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.

Welcome to beach villa on Weligama Bay in Sri Lanka! Down a narrow, leafy lane off the main Galle-Colombo road, our new, modern villa overlooks the sand and surf to a limitless horizon. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an adjacent lounge space. The two en suite, a/c bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, will accommodate four guests. Free WiFi of course. Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.

The Cottage is peaceful, private and quiet. Soak in the sounds of nature, watch birds pass by while the monkeys keep an healthy distance. Don’t forget to take a dip in our almost infinity pool and dine on our peer!
